The Hundred Franc coin is the second largest denomination of the larger CFP Franc. These are equivalent to no more than 100 Yen and are the heaviest. They have a beautiful golden brown shine. All undergo the yearly oxidation like other copper plated coins, such as 1 cents.

The design shows Marianne's head facing left on the obverse, while the Caledonian reverse shows headgear of the Polynesian.
