The Two Shillings is equivalent to 0.1 British Pounds. Most, or perhaps all, can be found at some coin collectors, or some stores just feed them to the public. The obverse shows the head of Queen Elizabeth, ELIZABETH II DEI GRATIA REGINA, while the reverse shows a tudor rose in the centre surrounded by thistles, shamrocks, and leeks, with the inscription FID DEF TWO SHILLINGS date. In accordance with the plan for decimalization of the currency, the coins were finally demonetised in 1993. The coins from 1947 until 1970 contained no silver.
